I can't believe it's only a week until I head off to Colorado for Sirens 2010. I'm excited for my panel Are There Faeries Outside Western Europe? Exploring Fey Folklore from Around the World (for which I'm still reading about folklore in Japan), and I heartily recommend In Search of Apsaras, by panel moderator Shveta Thakrar, as pre-convention reading on a related topic.
