I love how you put that. As an organization, we do actually put out a ton of information. If you dig around in the various blogs and parts of the website, you can find quite a lot. What I see people complaining about is more a lack of dialogue and a lack of the information they actually want to know in a place that's easy to find when they want to find it. Making our internal tools public would add to the total amount of information out there, but I don't think it would address either of those problems.
